The department serves parts of Hood, Parker, Tarrant and Johnson counties in a district totalling approximately 150 square miles. Apparatus include two engines, one attack unit, two rescue squads, three brush trucks and a new 3,500 gallon tanker.
Visitors are welcome anytime, especially at training meetings on Thursday evenings at 7pm. "Station 30" is located two blocks west of Highway 171 and one block south of US 377 at 105 South Crook Street. (Map)

When Seconds Count...
911 address signs are available through the Cresson Fire Department for a donation of $20.00 or more.
Make sure the entrance to your property is visible both day and night by posting this 18-inch reflective sign vertically or horizontally on your mailbox, gate or fence post. If you wish the department will mount your sign on a metal post (shown at left) for an additional $5.00 donation.
Contact any member of the Cresson Fire Department to reserve your 911 address sign.
The lack of a visible number in front of your house or business could make the difference between life and death or between a tragedy and a safer end to a fire emergency.
